Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Message Types
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Pure Pulse Adult and Child CPR, which may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Class updates or cancellations

  • Customer service responses

  • Promotional offers and training updates (if you opted in separately)

2. Message Frequency

  • Appointment and reminders: Up to 2–4 messages per week, depending on your schedule

  • Marketing messages: 2–3 messages per month (only if opted in)

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

4. Help & Opt-Out

  • Reply HELP for assistance or more information.

  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all future messages.

Opt-In Process

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our registration form (online or paper), you authorize Pure Pulse Adult and Child CPR to send you text messages related to your training and services. You may separately opt in to receive marketing/promotional texts.

Photo/Video Release Agreement

I hereby grant Pure Pulse Adult and Child CPR (“the Organization”) permission to capture, use, reproduce, and publish photographs and/or video recordings of me (or my child/ward, if under 18) for purposes including, but not limited to:

  • Display on the Organization’s website and social media platforms

  • Educational, promotional, and informational materials

  • Public presentations or displays related to the Organization’s mission

I understand that:

  1. These images or recordings may be used indefinitely and without limitation.

  2. I will not receive financial compensation for the use of these materials.

  3. The Organization retains full ownership of all images and recordings taken.

  4. I may revoke this consent at any time by submitting a written request to the Organization; however, revocation will not apply to materials already produced or published.

By checking the box , I confirm that I am at least 18 years old (or the legal guardian of a participant under 18), have read and fully understand this consent form, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
